  140.      Texlotto is not and has never been public domain, nor is it free
  141.      ware. Texlotto is copyrighted by Ken Bradford and any unauthorized
  142.      use inconsistent with the terms of this license is an infringement

  145.      Texlotto may be used without registration for 30 days for
  146.      evaluation. The use of Texlotto beyond the 30 days, requires
  147.      registration. See Order.frm (ORDER FORM) for registering the

  150.      The use of unlicensed copies by any person, business, corporation,
  151.      government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. After
  152.      the 30 day evaluation period, you must either register the software
